A real person at GSU will call you back. We are based in Eugene, Oregon, in the United States — Pacific Daylight Time. Tell us your country, the days and times that work for you in your local time, and what you would like to discuss. We will reach out to you.
GSU is a small foundation. The work — writing books, building the platform, running GENO, answering email, recording the podcast — is mostly one person and a handful of volunteers. If you called our number, the odds are good that no one would be available to answer in real time. So instead of asking you to leave a voicemail and hope, we built this:
You tell us when you are available. We call you when you are available. The call is on your schedule, in your time zone, in the language you prefer. We have callers who can speak with you in English, Spanish, Mandarin, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean. If you need another language, tell us and we will work on it.
We do not run a sales floor. We do not pitch. We will not put you on a follow-up email list. The call is for you to ask whatever you want to ask — about a book, a learning path, a mentorship, a donation, a partnership, or just to learn what GSU is. Free. No catch. We just want to be useful to you.
Within one business day, a real person at GSU reads your request and prepares for the call. We may look up the books or topics you mentioned so we can be useful to you immediately.
We will call within the day and time window you specified, in your local time. If we cannot reach you on the first try, we will try one more time the next available window before sending an email.
The call has no script. Ask anything. There is no pitch. There is no follow-up sales call. When you are done, we are done. We will email you afterward only if you ask us to.
If you would rather not speak with a person, you can ask GENO any question 24 hours a day in 32 languages, browse the free Library, or listen to the Voice of Sovereignty podcast.
