A Class · Global Sovereign University · Trades
The plumbing tree, the tools, the P-trap, clogs and disposals, faucets, toilets, the water heater, prevention, knowing when to call a plumber, and the codes behind all of it. Ten lessons, one per chapter of the book, all open. Free, no account, nothing to install.
The chapter, broken into the separate ideas you will be asked to use. Read it, or have it read to you.
A practice bench of real situations from the chapter. Pick the move the book would make, and a wrong pick tells you why. Then go find the same thing in your own house.
A new situation every attempt. Miss one and you are told why that choice fails, and sent back to the exact idea it was testing.
Your progress is kept on your own device. Nothing is transmitted and nobody is asked who you are. This class teaches homeowner plumbing; it is not a license, and it does not replace a licensed plumber for gas lines, the main sewer, or anything your local code requires a permit for.
One per chapter, in the book's order.
Working the lessons is practice, and practice does not earn a certificate. The certificate comes from a separate exam of 30 questions, three from each lesson, graded on our server so no answer key ever reaches your browser and no score can be reported by the student.
Score 80% or better and a serial-numbered certificate prints with a link anyone can use to verify it. It records comprehension of the book. It is not a plumbing licence or a qualification issued by any authority.
Home Plumbing Basics was written by our founder, Dr. Gene A Constant, and donated to the Foundation. Published by Global Sovereign University Press. The class is free. The book is how the Foundation pays for it.

Yes. All ten lessons are free, with no login and no paywall. The class is taught from Home Plumbing Basics by Dr. Gene A Constant; buying the book is how the Foundation pays for free classes like this one, and it is never required.
One lesson per chapter of the book: decoding your home's plumbing system, the essential DIY toolkit, the P-trap, clogs and disposals, faucet fixes, toilet troubles, water heater maintenance, proactive plumbing, knowing when to call a plumber, and plumbing codes and regulations.
You read the chapter's ideas, work a practice bench of real situations from the chapter, then answer questions about new situations. Miss one and you are sent back to the idea it was testing. Your progress is saved in this browser only.

No. It teaches homeowner plumbing from the book. It is not a licence, apprenticeship or trade qualification. The book itself teaches when to call a licensed plumber, and lesson nine covers exactly that.
