Welcome. I am speaking to you on behalf of Global Sovereign University, a 501(c)(3) educational foundation.
Our founder, Dr. Gene Constant, served in the United States Navy and Marine Corps Reserves. In the military, training is not optional. It is survival. It is mission completion. It is purpose.
But Dr. Constant witnessed something that no amount of training could prepare him for: millions of people, after eight or twelve years of formal schooling, being launched onto the modern economic battlefield utterly defenseless and badly equipped.
The old system views students as a funding mechanism. Public dollars flow not toward learning, but toward advocacy organizations, political campaigns, and institutional self-preservation.
The result has a name. We call it Academic Fraud Trauma — the profound disillusionment, functional incompetence, and occupational exclusion faced by individuals who discover they are functionally illiterate after twelve years of formal education.
This is not a minor inconvenience. It is a deep, long-term trauma caused by system failure.
The era of the standardizing machine is over.
At Global Sovereign University, we have initiated The Amnesty Protocol. A completely clean slate. No transcripts from the past. No shame carried forward. He published over one hundred and twenty titles, mastered the digital landscape, and built a global learning platform from the ground up. He is living proof that expertise does not expire.
