This tool is based on the "Seinfeld Strategy." The goal is not to be perfect, but to create a visual chain of action. When you see your streak growing, you psychologically won't want to break it.
Instructions
- Start Small: "Read 5 pages" is better than "Read a book."
- Be Consistent: Do it every day.
- Don't Break the Chain: Once you check the box, your only job is to check it again tomorrow.
