Who We Are
Global Sovereign University is a free 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded on a single conviction: the education the system withheld belongs to every person who was failed by that system. No tuition. No prior credential required. No debt.
GSU was launched by Dr. Gene A. Constant — U.S. Navy and Marine Corps veteran, Doctor of Business Administration, and author of more than 177 published titles, all donated to the mission. The platform serves learners across every curriculum area: mathematics, literacy, financial literacy, digital safety, trades, civic reasoning, and more.
The Wisdom Bridge is the most ambitious program GSU has ever built. It takes every non-fiction title in the library and connects it to a digital mastery checkpoint that makes passive reading impossible. You do not move forward until you prove you understood what you read.

Every chapter ends with a dynamic QR code — never static. Dynamic codes allow GSU to change the digital destination at any time without reprinting the book. If the hub moves, the code still works.
